Let there be light!

At last!

There is light.

After a couple of dark winters, the footpath where four broken lights have made the journey to school and park, challenging to say the least, is now lit.

Don't ask me why it takes so long or what has happened to public services.

Charges go up, bins emptied less frequently, roads full of potholes, battle to see a doctor - and all the other shortcomings in public life that we experience daily.

There seems to be much more need for community volunteers and thankfully, Greenfields is blessed with kind people looking out for their neighbours, the GCG Treasurer kept up the communications to council to ensure the lights were fixed pre-winter this year.
