Local Election 2025

The Liberal Democrat Party won in Bagley Ward for both Shropshire and Shrewsbury Councils - Ben Jephcott is our new Town and County Councillor. We look forward to working with Ben as the community volunteers strive to raise funds to make improvements to Greenfields Recreation Ground. At a national level Reform has won control of multiple councils in an unprecedented vote surge for Nigel Farage's Reform party. Hundreds of council seats went over to Reform as they also won a by-election. Interesting times! "In post-war Britain, no one has ever beaten both Labour and the Tories in a local election before."
